Prime Perfection Primer & Lash Fuse Superbonder has an alkaline pH, allowing it to gently open the hair cuticles without damaging the natural lashes, enabling the glue to grab on the cuticles and hold better, improving your retention. After applying Booster, natural lashes become “magnetic”, meaning you don't need to hold the extension above the natural lash for a while to help it “grip”, significantly improving your treatment time!
Our Lash Fuse Superbonder instantly polymerises the glue at the end of treatment, without shock curing! It locks in the fumes from the adhesive, reducing irritation and discomfort for your client, as well as reducing the risk of allergic reaction in the hours after treatment! It also adds elasticity to the adhesive ensuring the bonds don't break as easily, therefore resulting in better retention. Additionally, because the bonds have been sealed the lashes are instantly safe to get wet.

We want to make returning an Touchè order as simple as possible, so we're happy to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery - provided the items are unused/unopened and in the original packaging.

Please email us directly at customercare@touchebytpl.com - Please include your Order Number, item/items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we have received your parcel and allowing for the extra measures for the health and safety of our warehouse team we will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly. Please allow 10-14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer care team to contact you.
All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase.
Unfortunately, products bought online must be returned by post and cannot be returned to any retail store.
We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty/damaged.
We cannot refund any Tax, Customs or Duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.
